For decades, the N.J. Blanchard Boat Company built signature wooden yachts along the shore's of Seattle's Lake Union. In 1905, N.J. teamed up with Dean and Lloyd Johnson to found the Johnson Bros. & Blanchard yard on the Duwamish River. Working with N.J.'s, boyhood friend, naval architect Ted Geary, the trio crafted the 100-foot Helori for O.O.
